TPA President David Williams will testify before the Subcommittee on Financial Services and General Government regarding FCC spectrum auctions and C-Band.

The hearing will take place in 138 Dirksen Senate Office Building at 10am, starting with testimony from FCC Chairman Ajit Pai.
