TPA Urges Governor Youngkin to Veto SB 143

The Taxpayers Protection Alliance recently sent a letter to Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin urging him to veto SB 143, a bill that would impose onerous new regulations onto freight rail operators that simply are not necessary. Virginia should not follow the lead of California in massively increasing the cost of freight for consumers and businesses.
