TPA Calls for Medicaid Reform Ahead of Senate Budget Hearing

Today, the Senate Budget Committee will hold a hearing titled “Medicaid: The Reality” to examine the program’s fiscal trajectory and long-term sustainability. Ahead of the hearing, TPA sent a letter urging lawmakers to strengthen Medicaid’s fiscal integrity by addressing fraud and improper payments, reforming the program’s financing structure, and advancing policies that protect both patients and taxpayers.
