Washington, D.C. – The Taxpayers Protection Alliance (TPA) is pleased to announce the promotion of Dan Savickas from Government Affairs Manager to Director of Technology Policy.
“Having been with TPA for over a year, I am excited to play a bigger role in advancing its mission of holding government accountable and educating the public about its effects on the economy,” shared Dan Savickas. “Some of the most important innovations in recent memory have come from the tech sector and are a product of free market economic policies. I look forward to ensuring government does not stand in the way of future revolutionary breakthroughs with interventionist legislation or regulation.”

Dan Savickas is the Director of Tech Policy for TPA. Prior to his time at TPA, Dan was Regulatory Policy Manager at FreedomWorks and also worked as a technology/telecommunications policy associate at Americans for Tax Reform. He has also spent time working on a number of state and local campaigns in his native Westfield, NJ. Dan graduated from American University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a minor in Statistics. His works have been featured in publications such as RealClearMarkets, The Hill, Washington Examiner, TownHall, and The Federalist, among others.
