The Open App Markets Act (OAMA)

This bill would require smartphone providers to allow unverified app developers to side load their content onto digital devices. Not only that, but OAMA requires that smartphone providers make it easy for these potentially malicious actors. This would greatly increase the risk for malware for millions of Americans.

Both OAMA and AICO would make it illegal for tech companies to implement basic security standards for access to their platforms, like the app store.

Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, and Elizabeth Warren are all attacking America's tech innovators. Why would Senate Conservatives support this dangerous leftist bill?
