The average turkey is 25 percent more expensive than it was in 2019, a sad testament to the out-of-control gravy train that is Washington, D.C. Bureaucrats can’t seem to stop gobbling up an ever-increasing share of taxpayer dollars, resulting in rampant inflation and sky-high interest rates to get prices under control. These shenanigans are spearheaded by more than a few turkeys who really ought to leave their roost on Capitol Hill.
