TPA Leads Coalition Letter on CFPB Digital Payments Rule

Today, TPA and 12 other organizations sent a coalition letter to Congressional leadership, Senate Banking Committee, and the House Financial Services Committee supporting a Congressional Review Act (CRA) for the CFPB’s Larger Participants Rule. The rule would expand CFPB jurisdiction to digital payment platforms without specifying consumer harms and should be struck down before it causes serious harm to businesses and consumers.
