TPA Sends Letter to House Republicans on GOP Conference Rules Amendments for New Congress

Yesterday, the Taxpayers Protection Alliance sent a letter to House Republicans supporting conference rules that would promote fiscal responsibility and executive branch oversight. TPA enthusiastically supports banning the use of earmarks, ensuring that spending measures are properly vetted, setting efficiency-oriented guidelines on annual appropriations, and increasing transparency in the legislative process. We hope all House Republicans will vote to adopt these rules and support restoring common sense to Congress.
