TPA Sends Letter Urging Senators to Oppose Nomination of Gigi Sohn to serve as FCC Commissioner

Yesterday, Taxpayers Protection Alliance (TPA) sent a letter urging Senators to oppose the nomination of Gigi Sohn to serve as Commissioner on the Federal Trade Commission (FCC). Sohn’s appointment would clear the way for policies that hinder investment and innovation.
