TPA Submits Testimony to Texas Legislature Urging Neutral Approach to ESG Policies

Last week, the Taxpayers Protection Alliance (TPA) submitted written testimony to the Texas House of Representatives Committee on Pensions, Investments & Financial Services to encourage a neutral approach on ESG related policies. Texas already acted on restricting ESG policies in the 2021 session. TPA is fighting to prevent the politicization of investments. Taxpayers deserve the best bang for their buck. Any approach to ESG that is not neutral will harm taxpayers and consumers in the Lone Star State.
