TPA Submits Comments in Utah Opposing Mandatory Online Age Verification

The Taxpayers Protection Alliance (TPA) recently submitted comments to the State of Utah regarding mandatory online age verification. TPA argued that such statutes violate the First Amendment rights of all Americans, not just children. Courts have ruled to this effect for decades, TPA wrote, and states would do well to heed their rulings.
