TPA Sends Letter to Ranking Member Webster on FEMA Recovery Efforts in Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands

Today, the Taxpayers Protection Alliance (TPA) sent a letter to Ranking Member Webster expressing concern with how the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is allocating U.S. tax dollars to the U.S. Virgin Islands (USVI) and the Water and Power Authority (WAPA).
