TPA Sends Letter to Congress Opposing FY23 Budget Balk

Today, TPA sent a letter to Congress in opposition of the Continuing Appropriations and Ukraine Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2023. TPA has deep concerns with the inclusion of nongermane provisions, a December 16^th funding deadline during a lame-duck session and the practice of continuing resolutions. Congress has a responsibility to pass annual budgets that allocate taxpayer dollars responsibly and effectively; this proposal falls short on all counts.
