TPA Sends Letter to FCC on Accelerating Wireline Broadband Deployment

Today, the Taxpayers Protection Alliance sent a letter to the Federal Communications Commission on whether action is needed to better allocate costs for pole attachments and replacements among providers attaching to poles and the owners of those poles.
