The Protect Farmers from the SEC Act would exempt the agricultural sector from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s perverse proposed climate disclosure rule to prevent the commission from applying undue Scope 3 emissions reporting mandates on America’s farmers.

The Save Local Business Act’s codification of the 2020 joint employer rule would protect employers and employees, ensure regulatory certainty for businesses, and help them avoid confusing standards that lead to numerous lawsuits.

Cutting Paperwork for Taxpayers Act

The Cutting Paperwork for Taxpayers Act would make interest generated on delayed tax refunds tax-exempt. The burden of the IRS failing to expeditiously process Americans’ tax returns should not fall on filers, who should rightly be rewarded for the agency’s delay.

The Red Tape Reduction Act would codify five deregulatory executive orders to reduce the amount of regulatory red tape and rein in the federal government, promoting a more efficient and effective regulatory process that saves taxpayer dollars.

Streamline Pentagon Budgeting Act

H.R. 4740 Introduced by Reps. Pramila Jayapal (D-Wash.), Tom McClintock (R-Calif.), John Garamendi (D-Calif.), Warren Davidson (R-Ohio), Seth Moulton (D-Mass.).

The Streamline Pentagon Budgeting Act would remove the requirement for military services, combatant commands (COCOMs) and the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) to submit unfunded wish lists to Congress, saving billions of taxpayer dollars annually.
